The bearings produced from CPOS company are used in precision instruments, low-noise motors, automobiles, motorcycles, automation equipment, food packaging machinery, home appliances, machine tools, motors, water pumps, agricultural machinery, textile machinery, printing equipment etc.
Our products need to undergo more than 10 processes such as incoming inspection, cutting, rough grinding of inner and outer rings, fine grinding of inner and outer rings (bainite salt bath), turning, heat treatment, noise and vibration testing, cleaning, adjustment, elimination of unqualified products, assembly, packaging, high quality requirements, our products are not just put on the cut, in order to expedite, in order to finish quickly, the adjustment will not be possible, there will be noise after installation, and the after-sales problem will be big in the later stage.
The production process is controlled according to p5, p6 level. The taper of p6 size is less than 3.0miu, and the standard size is -5miu. The p5 size setting excludes finished products and recycles. Re-test, discharge p0 level, p0 is unqualified and scrapped, and the motor is tested for noise level.
